Drovers Saddlery Cotton neck rug is made from a summer ripstop fabric which is the same great material that our summer rug and Combo is made from. Lined through the neck to help prevent rubbing out of the mane. Features 3 plastic clips under the nek and good sized clips on the connecting straps to attach to the rug.
